My experience here has been nice and respectful, no issues whatsoever friendly people and helpful staff members. Clean rooms quiet most of the time, super friendly front desk attendant very polite and kind overall stay has been great.

Under new management! James at the desk gave excellent customer service, very clean, professional and well mannered. Place was quiet, safe everyone was nice and pleasant. Love that I can have my dogs with me, very pet friendly. Room was clean and even had laundry service on sight will recommend!!

Came out here to help my son move. Liked the area, so we checked in and the place was decent. While.we looked for a new rental home, the owners have flipped this place significantly! The updates/renovatations are still coming, but what a massive improvement!! The grounds are well-maintained, cleanliness is above par, the new management is excellent and to be honest....very accommodating. They have really made an impact and the guests who brought trouble are long gone. Kudos!!

Despite how hateful and cold Shardmore really is... You find a handful of people who have dedicated their time and energy into serving others! You can really feel the love here as they make this the most comfy home away from home away from home :) James and Nick are not only helpful but hilarious!! Highly recommend

My group of friends and I checked in to the Guest Inn to celebrate and relax together. A couple of hours in, my friend, Jordan, had a seizure. This was new to all of us and we were scared. Two of our friends ran to the car and drove to Jordan's house to inform his younger sister. An employee saw our friends sprinting from the room and to the car, so he came to ask if everything was alright. He saw my friend tensed up and actively convulsing and calmly said he was there to help. He turned him to his side, had us get him pillows, blankets and call 911. He stayed the entire time and had a gentle way of helping. He never offered his name, but the manager said that he was Nick. Whoever you are, why you were watching, we owe you!
